We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Carpenter to join our construction team. This position is hands-on and vital to the success of every project we take on. From framing and structural work to decking, remodeling, and finish carpentry, you will help bring our designs to life with precision and skill. The Carpenter role requires craftsmanship, efficiency, and pride in producing work that meets our company’s uncompromising quality standards.
Responsibilities
Reports to Crew Foreman
Execute all phases of carpentry, including measuring, cutting, framing, decking, and finishing
Ensure all work is accurate, aligned with project plans, and built to last
Support the Foreman in meeting project timelines and maintaining quality control
Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in proper working condition
Load, unload, and stage materials safely and efficiently
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE
Communicate effectively with team members to keep workflow smooth and productive
Represent the company professionally on every job site
Requirements
2+ years of carpentry or general construction experience preferred
Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and measurements accurately
Strong understanding of building methods, materials, and safety practices
Reliable transportation to and from job sites
Physical ability to lift 75+ lbs and work in outdoor conditions year-round
